Historical Venue
Our gorgeous venue included two floors that are full of history that has been blended with modern design. You can book either the smaller main floor space that allows up to 70 seated or 100 standing guests, or our larger top floor that allows 140 seated or 275 guests. Want the space entirely for your party? Book the entire venue for a truly spacious and unique setting for your special event! All of our events have private restrooms, free wifi, free parking, elevator access (not wheelchair accessible), full bars, sound systems, and delicious catering and drink menus. Arlington’s Owner, Ebben Moore
Ebben Moore has worked in the bar and restaurant industry for over 20 years. He has gained experience in a variety of establishments including dive bars, fine dining restaurants, and major nightclubs. With a passion for customer service and a drive to create unique experiences, in Ebben created Arlington’s Catering & Historic Venue for the residents of Springfield, Illinois, and surrounding areas to enjoy. Since then, he has fallen in love with wedding planning! From food and cocktail crafting to day-to-day planning, Ebben now has over 8 years of experience and over 400 weddings under his belt. THE BUILDING
Arlington’s Catering & Historic Venue
Built in 1917, our building has been home to a variety of businesses over the last century. From a meatpacking plant and fur factor to a venue for live music and now an elegant venue and catering company, 210 Broadway is layered in Springfield, IL history. Its new incarnation is Arlington’s Catering & Historic Venue has been transformed into a beautiful venue, blending the frame of the old factory with timeless interior decoration. Arlington’s has two floors of space that can be divided up for separate events or combined for our larger parties.
Our catering services include a large array of fresh and unique foods with a variety of service options that are sure to fit your event perfectly. Both floors have private bathrooms, sound systems, full bars, and elevator access between them as well. Our expert event coordinators and staff will make sure your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, corporate event, fundraiser, or holiday party is as perfect as you can imagine!
