When Brian and I started discussing putting our stamp on Arlington’s, we gravitated towards Southern Coastal Comfort foods. We had always felt a Southern vibe at Arlington’s, and I’d grown up with family that shared their Southern, Creole and Cajun Cuisine, and had often shared memories of those dishes with Brian. Because I’m pescatarian, he’s often exploring Seafood and Coastal cuisine. It made sense to put our creative stamp on Arlington’s, and Calabash, NC became our flag post. (And a family vacation destination for research!) created these delicious Southern Comfort foods. Staying true to Cured, we invite guests to also check out our Cured menu as well.
